According to the National Association of Homebuilders/Wells Fargo Housing Opportunity Index, Indianapolis retains the #1 spot as the most affordable major U.S. housing market again in the 3rd quarter of 2010.

Indianapolis is back in the top position after being edged out by Syracuse, NY last quarter. Previous to the second quarter findings, Indianapolis had ranked number one for 19 consecutive quarters.
