Selling Your Own Home Yourself

     When you decided to sell your own home, you did not make that decision lightly.  After all, more than 80% change their minds and hire a Realtor.  Less than half of the rest actually are able to get their home sold.

     Those who are able to sell their own home are successful because they do many things right.  And we can help!  Why would we do this?  Because you are selling your own home for a reason.  Whatever that reason is, you do not need realtors trying to talk you out of it. 

     Instead, if we can help you be successful, you will refer your friends, your neighbors, your co-workers, and others to us when they are thinking of making a real estate transaction.

     Also, you will have buyers viewing your home that find your home not meeting their needs.  We'd like you to refer them to us as well.

     If, in fact, you are selling your house yourself because you do not have enough equity in your home to sell it and pay off the mortgage along with the costs of sale, make absolutely certain that you are not in default of your mortgage payment.  If you are behind on payments, I want to encourage you to not delay any longer to get help from us.  A short sale may be one of the various solutions that are best for you, but if you wait to long, you may lose that opportunity.
